How do I get my first leads?
Use the Get My Inbound Leads button. It shows your order summary; then you call (470) 597-3831 to place the order. There are no forms to fill in. Order details are on the pricing page. If you have a question first, call (470) 597-3831.
How do I choose my states and call hours?
After you order, we confirm three things: the states you want calls from, the hours you will take calls and the phone number your calls should ring. Pick only states where you are licensed, and only hours you can fully cover. Agencies can give a team line or the number of the agent on shift.
When do calls start?
Calls usually start within 3 to 7 business days after your order. Once your setup is confirmed, calls from seniors who called about final expense coverage arrive live during your chosen hours.
How am I billed for calls?
Each call that lasts 90 seconds or more with you counts as one lead. Shorter calls are never billed and do not use up your order. Details are on what counts as a billable call.
How do I get more calls?
When your leads are used, reorder with the same button. There is no long-term contract, so you are never locked in. If you want to change your states or hours before reordering, call us first.
What should I prepare before my first call?
Check your licenses for the states you chose, block your call hours in your calendar, open your quoting tool and keep a short call outline nearby. Test that the phone number you gave us rings where you expect.
What is the timeline from order to first call?
You order, we confirm your states, hours and number, calls usually start within 3 to 7 business days, you are billed only for calls over 90 seconds, and you reorder when you want. That is the whole process. There is no form to fill in and no contract to sign.
The days between your order and your first call are for setup on our side and preparation on yours. Use them to check your licenses, test your phone and practice your opening.

How do I make sure I am ready for live calls?
Be ready before your hours begin: phone on and charged, quoting tool open, and your list of questions in front of you. Inbound calls are live, so the first seconds matter. Answer promptly, say your name clearly and ask what the caller is looking for.
Keep notes on each call so you can follow up properly on policies you write. The phone sales guides, starting with how to sell final expense over the phone, cover the first 30 seconds, health questions and closing.
How do I choose my states?
Choose only states where you hold an active life insurance license. Calls come only from the states you pick, so a state you are not licensed in would bring calls you cannot write. If you pick several states, check their time zones and set hours that suit callers there.
The final expense leads by state guide lists each state's time zone and insurance department, and explains how to plan hours across zones.
What happens when my leads are used?
When your leads are used, you choose whether to buy more by using the Get My Inbound Leads button again. Nothing renews on its own, and there is no contract. If you want to change your states or hours before your next order, call (470) 597-3831.
Before reordering, look at your results. The final expense lead cost calculator and how to track final expense lead results help you decide with your own numbers.
How do I know which kind of lead fits how I work?
Inbound calls fit agents who want to answer, not dial. If you are still comparing lead types, read how to choose final expense leads. If you are weighing live transfers sold for many life products, read live transfer life insurance leads. Pricing is on the pricing page.
What should I do while I wait for my first call?
Use the setup days to prepare your phone, your quoting tool, your licenses and your call log. Run through a practice call out loud, including your opening, the health questions you ask and how you explain coverage. Decide where you will record each call's date, time, length and outcome.
The final expense call checklist gives you a one-page list to keep beside your phone during call hours.
Can I add states or hours later?
Yes. Call (470) 597-3831 to change your states or hours, and add a state only once you are licensed there. Many agents start with a narrow setup they can fully cover, then widen it once they know their rhythm. The guide on how to scale final expense calls explains how to grow without missing calls.
Is there anything to sign or fill in?
No. There are no forms on the site and no long-term contract. The Get My Inbound Leads button shows your order summary first, then you call (470) 597-3831 to place the order. Once it is placed, we confirm your states, call hours and phone number with you directly. That confirmation is the only setup step, and it is done by phone rather than through an online account or a long questionnaire. Once it is done, all that is left is to be ready when your hours begin.
If you would rather talk first, call (470) 597-3831 with any question before you order. You can read the billing rule on what counts as a billable final expense call and see pricing for the per-lead price and order size.
