What is a billable call duration?
Billable call duration is the length a call must reach before it counts as a paid lead. Here, that length is 90 seconds of time on the call with you. At 90 seconds the call becomes one lead. Before 90 seconds it costs nothing. The price per lead is on the pricing page.
Why use a time rule?
Time is easy to measure and easy to check. You can look at your own phone's call log and see how long each call lasted. It does not depend on anyone judging whether the call was good or bad.
Ninety seconds is long enough to filter out hang-ups, dropped calls and quick misdials, which are not billed.
Does the call have to end in a sale?
No. The rule is about length, not outcome. A call that lasts 90 seconds or more is billable whether or not you write a policy. We make no promises about sales or results.
What happens with calls under 90 seconds?
They are not billed and do not count against your order. A 45 second call does not use up one of your leads. This is the only billing exception in the offer. There are no other refunds or credits.
How do I check billing against my own records?
Look at the call length in your phone's history or your agency's phone system. Any call of 90 seconds or more is one lead. Any call under 90 seconds is not billed. If something does not match, call (470) 597-3831.
How can I make the most of each billable call?
Answer quickly so the caller is not left waiting. Use the first minute to introduce yourself, confirm why they called and ask for the basic details you need. Keep your quoting tool open during your chosen hours.
